When your Order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from hello@zleep.com.au with your tracking number. Depending on the product you ordered, this e-mail could take up to 5 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status :)
• Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status.
If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updated within a few business days.
• Different shipping times for different items
At the moment we are working with two warehouses, one in Sydney and one in China. The Zleep pillow is sent from our local warehouse in Sydney, taking up to 7 working days to arrive via Australia Post. The Leg Pillow and Silk Pillowcases are shipped from our International warehouse, so the delivery time for these items can vary from 7 to 20 business days.
